Gravity does not spare anyone!

Gravity is a force to which we are not accustomed to give weight, but that is a huge burden on the health condition. The gravity exerts on the supporting structures of the body, ie on the skeleton, a continuous stimulation.
In particular, the gear produces a vibration that affects the bone, stimulating it. This trophic action is well known to the astronauts and patients bedridden for long periods undergo premature osteoporosis. Gravity, in fact, it is necessary.
But the same severity over time, especially if you do not adequately countered by a good antigravity muscles, or if heavy with marked overweight, or by deformation of the skeleton, in turn, becomes harmful.
From top to bottom the burden of our weight is carried by the respective vertebrae and intervertebral discs, hips, knees and soles of the feet.
