Recently I came a classic case of epicondylitis "barman". The patient was a young 40 year old woman bartender by trade, assigned mainly to the task of coffee and cappuccino bar.
As you can well imagine the repetition of the maneuver being filled coffee in the machine's articulation of the wrist, elbow and shoulder strain, especially if the person is of small stature and tiny muscles as in this case.
The picture is so very simple, the pain was well localized sull'epicondilo humeral insertion of the extensor muscles right now about this for twenty days at rest and especially during the mobilization of the elbow and also on palpation of the epicondyle.
The case seemed a classic framework of hyper mechanical stress, responsible for overloads and muscle tension in the right arm and secondary insertional tendon inflammation. However I could not help but think that the pain was still localized to the large intestine channel in a patient with chronic constipation ingrained. (more ...)
