Taking the concept of the Chinese calendar, autumn is certainly already begun, and we begin to hear the reactions on the body, we want to stay close windows, cover them in the evening and the morning and maybe we put a cover on the bed.
We observe with regret the days become more and more 'court.
Autumn and 'my favorite season, this time I was born and I feel more' vital and considerable ability 'of introspection towards the year just past and the desire to plan new goals to achieve.
I find the fall season as sweet as honey which has the color, the temperature is still mild and the sun lights up the trees they set on fire when the leaves begin to yellow lighting of a rare beauty.
I wonder if looking at our first wrinkles will never see them like that? My teacher of Ikebana often purposely left half a yellow leaf in its own beautiful composition to represent the beauty of this particular life passage. But what about this season that useful in Chinese medicine is dominated by the metal?
Its cardinal sign is the west, the bodies that govern it are the lungs and large intestine. This is also a delicate season because, as the spring is a season of transition and the surface energy tends to slowly bring inward. We begin to prepare for winter.
The metal in the cycle of generation is the son of mother earth and the water and the cycle of domination is the grandfather and the grandson of the wood fire. This means that when it is too strong can impoverish the land and the digestive system but also compress too much and hinder the liver.
Here then is that often appear in this period sinusitis and respiratory problems even on the basis of allergic, tiredness and fatigue, poor appetite, slow digestion, gastritis, gastroenteritis, mood swings and sleep patterns.
In this period there is still a significant amount of heat and energy accumulated during the summer season, however, is necessary to begin to close the windows! In a nutshell it means to be careful not to waste their energy uselessly but begin to store more inside. It 'a good time for projects and for the reflections.
Then do not look at these early days of rain with sadness and disappointment, not only because summer is ending as a popular song says, but ... it is already over! We turn the page now, it's time for other things. The land also needs water, use this time to gather in ourselves without fear to find the ghosts in the drawer.

Well, I was born in winter, but I can appreciate the nuances and colors of autumn. Its quality sweet and calm, as the hour of sunset. Maybe someone finds them a bit 'sad, like Venice .. but fascinating! And then you can not always speed up, breathe, climb, life is circular!

Oh yes, life is circular
When a season is almost over I can not wait to get into the new one. I do not think I would live happy in those places "seasonless" and where 'always hot or always cold, you know what a bore!
