Many of my visitors are sports doctor, sports fans would say ... well to be so passionate about the subject's body to a tough physical discipline, hours of training.
Sometimes it happens that repetitive microtrauma may generate more stress in the tendons, important paintings chronic inflammatory until you get to real injury.
In these cases no longer sufficient rest, application of local ointments with massage, stretching exercises or progressive muscle work: we must heal, and do it as naturally as possible, assuming that substances with less toxic effects.
In Homeopathy can benefit from the hive, but also from Montana Rhus Toxicodendron for its tropism for tendinomuscolari structures.
Acupuncture can improve the blood supply and energy blocked by local or micro macrotrauma so much more focused and specific than the treatment of exogenous heat, however useful as ultrasound and laser.
Finally, I believe one of the Myofibrolysis therapies ever more effective and faster to solve both acute and chronic conditions over time. The technique is practiced with the aid of simple metal tools that allow the operator specialized to work deep into the muscle bands are going to gradually eliminate trigger points that correspond to areas of thickening of the muscle or tendon.
The elimination of the trigger point then allows better local circulation and energy level that blood, and in turn this allows the body to go it alone, launching and completing the healing process in a surprisingly short.

Dearest Cathy, first of all congratulations for this interesting blog from which I learn a lot.
I read that there's aticoli you posted and it is really my interest, not because he is an assiduous practitioner of sport, but because I read the advice very useful in resolving issues.
However, the question arises: would you do me the courtesy to also address issues which is a headache, that I am in agony for years and years, and no medicine has managed to make me disappear (even alleviate sincerely)?
Do you know if by chance there may be alternative methods, maybe not too harmful health wing?
Thanks Cathy and I look forward to your article where I learned about it.
Yours sincerely
Annalisa
